Lesson: Science

Class: Year 3/4: Ruby Year: 2026 - 2027

The Year 4s focused on SOUND for this term's science week. We investigated how sounds are made by studying vibrations and how they are made. We learnt about how sound is transmitted across air or through liquids or solids and finally we learnt about how we understand those sounds through our ears. We also watched objects bounce or move because of sound, why sounds change over small or large distances and made our own musical instruments!
